Shipping Information
We are responsible for the shipping fee. Free shipping! For delivery, we use EMS for delivery. The package will be shipped within 24-48 hours after the order confirmed. Tracking number and urls will be sent to your email, so please make sure your email address is valid when register. Usually,goods will be shipped out 1-2 days after receiving the order. Usually, it will take 7 - 10 business days for delivery after the package shipped.

Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, pls email us ASAP. Majority of orders are dispatched within 1-2 days from the order date. Shipped orders cannot be cancelled.
Shipping Fees Note
Items are processed and shipped Monday-Friday excluding holidays. Customers are responsible for providing a full valid address, including apartment number if applicable, for delivery. They are responsible for arranging mail forwarding if they are moving, and for putting a vacation hold if they do not anticipate that they will be at home when the package is due to arrive. Customers are entirely responsible for ensuring the receipt of the package, and Goosejacketsalecanada.com will not be responsible for returned orders due in part by customer negligence.
Return Policy
To return an item, please email us and inform us of the reason. We will then provide you with further instructions. Returns in the unlikely event of manufacturing faults, we would replace/repair the products at no cost to the customer.
Goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt date - unworn and contain all the original packaging and labels. We will credit your original method of payment, excluding 15% re-stocking/processing fee and return fee. All shipping costs associated with the return of goods are the responsibility of the consumer.
